Data Collection - Telephone
Telephone surveys are a quick, efficient means of gathering data. Response rates are higher than with other methods due to a "captured" audience and the added benefit of human contact. Respondent answers can easily be probed and clarified by the telephone interviewer to extract additional or more detailed information.
Our in-house, 100 CATI station phone room is staffed by specially trained interviewers. We have several dedicated inbound toll-free phone lines, allowing respondents to call in at their most convenient time to complete surveys.
We take full advantage of the CfMC CATI software package which helps to make sure that the questionnaire is executed correctly. It also allows us to provide clients with real-time reports.
MAXimum Research, Inc. takes many other steps to ensure quality control. In the initial basic training, interviewers become well versed in the general rules of market research such as verbatim, probing and clarifying, along with the importance of quality. These techniques are continuously taught in our ongoing training process.
