The National Do Not Call List

The new law states: "If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered - that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry."

MAXimum Research, Inc. is strictly a marketing research company. We assure you that all calls our from our office are made for the sole purpose of collecting opinions, experience and idea information for companies and organizations, including government. These telephone interviews are done with a variety of people to ensure that a representative sample is archived. (In other words, it is necessary for us to interview people of different ethnic backgrounds, ages, economic situations, etc so that all kinds of people are heard from and not just one majority.)

Cutting Edge Technology arrives at MAXimum Research, Inc.

In December of 2007, MAXimum Research acquired CfMC's web package, Web Survent. In addition to our previous web services, some newer features include: media insertion for ratings and reactions, the ability to redirect respondents to any other website and the capability to host the same survey from multiple third party list companies.

In 2006, MAXimum Research began using it's VR725 Digital Voice Recorder system, which is capable of recording every incoming and outgoing call placed by our phone center. This has drastically improved the workload and effectiveness of the entire phone room staff. Handling up to 45,000 hours of recordings, they can within seconds retreive any call made and hear both sides of the conversation, in 100% digital audio.

MAXimum Research, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of their FIRST Professional Researcher Certification Employee, Brian Carson. Mr. Carson received his Expert Level certification in the field of Data Services. Mr. Carson has been with MAXimum Research, Inc. since 2000 and heads not only the IT department but also manages their 5-man Data Processing Department. Starting nearly 10 years ago as an interviewer, Mr. Carson worked through the ranks at several area market research firms before starting at MAXimum Research, Inc. in October of 2000 as their head programmer.
