Telephone Interviewers

MAXimum Research, Inc. is looking for Telephone Interviewers with clear speaking voices to conduct opinion surveys by phone.

We are a call center that has been in business for over 26 years. We make outbound phone calls to survey and get opinions from all different types of people throughout the country about many different topics, including healthcare, current events and political polls.

All different types of questions -- some could be sensitive -- may be asked and you will enter the answers into our computer program. Most surveys average 10-20 minutes long but some can be longer.

Equipment You Will Need

You will be using your own equipment to connect to our system to receive calls. A strong, reliable internet connection is essential.

  • PC, Laptop (Windows or Mac) or Chromebook
  • PC-based headset with microphone
  • Strong, reliable internet connection
  • Quiet work environment

What You Will Be Doing

You will conduct outbound telephone surveys on behalf of our clients, entering respondent answers directly into our computer program.

  • Survey topics include healthcare, current events, political polls, and more
  • Average survey length is 10-20 minutes
  • No sales or telemarketing -- research only

Evening/Weekend Shift Interviewers

We are currently hiring for the Evening/Weekend Shift

Evening / Weekend Shift

You are not required to work all of these hours -- you choose your own schedule within the windows below, subject to the minimums listed.

Monday -- Friday 5:00 PM -- 1:00 AM EST
Saturday 10:00 AM -- 6:00 PM EST
Sunday 10:00 AM -- 6:00 PM EST
Minimum shift length: 5 hrs/shift   |   Minimum hours: 20 hrs/week
Required weekend hours 8 hrs/week
Note on time zones: All times listed are New Jersey (Eastern) time. If you are in Central Standard Time, shifts are 1 hour earlier in your local time. If you are in Mountain Standard Time, shifts are 2 hours earlier in your local time.

Requirements

  • Must live in Texas, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Computer you know how to use (PC, Laptop, Windows/Mac, or Chromebook)
  • PC-based headset with microphone
  • Quiet work environment
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Must work at least 20 hours per week with a minimum of 5 hours per shift
  • At least 8 of those hours must be on the weekend
