All interviewers are sent through an intense two-week training program, which includes one-on-one and group trainings. They are specifically trained to hold and maintain the wide variety of respondents we contact, including physicians, nurses, company presidents, sales agents, heads of households, senior citizens, teenagers, etc.
Over half of our phone room employees have at least two years of professional telephone interviewing experience.
MAXimum Research, Inc. takes many other steps to ensure quality control. In the initial basic training, interviewers become well versed in the general rules of market research such as verbatim, probing and clarifying, along with the importance of quality. These techniques are continuously taught in our ongoing training process.
Interviewers are thoroughly briefed on each project, by the project manager, before they begin dialing. During the course of a project, interviewers are consistently monitored by our highly trained phone room staff. In addition, a minimum of 20% of each interviewers' work is validated.
