Here at MAXimum Research, we utilize a process known as Local Calling Presence (LCP), when making outbound phone calls to potential respondents. The purpose of LCP is to present a local number on CallerID, increasing the likelihood the respondent will answer the call. We utilize over 300 numbers from across the country. As an added convenience, all 300+ numbers have a return path back to our headquarters, allowing respondents to call back for more information on the nature of the call.
